OfficePopup is a simple, zero-configurable solution for exchanging messages in the local networks. It supports the direct peer-to-peer messaging (without a server) as well as the client-server variant (through WinPopup Server, good for huge, multi-segment network). The software requires really no configuration because it automatically detects all OfficePopup’ers connected to the network.
The program is very well optimized for using it in the corporate environment. The examples of such optimization include, but not limited to: fast and easy installation; messages encryption; support for all major versions of Windows (including the «ancient» Windows 95/NT ones).
Moreover, you can install OfficePopup on employees’ computers with «receive only» setting; this will allow them to receive messages from you and will prevent them from sending messages to each other, which effectively prevents the «non-business» talks.
OfficePopup has convenient sending options: you can send a message to any number of recipients simultaneously or to broadcast it to all; you can set message priority to visually separate the important messages.
