A frame really makes the picture. This is the unconditional truth, and this is twice the truth for photos. The most artistic and outstanding photos will look like newspaper sheets without an appropriate frame or border. A standard boring home-made family photo may be changed completely with a pretty frame or border and become the best beautifier for your walls.
