Any professional webmaster would definitely prefer to write HTML code by hand than to use some «dumb WYSIWYG» editor. But also, any webmaster would definitely dislike typing the same repeating fragments over and over. I’m talking about those cases where «just to show a small table of 2×2 with 4 characters on my page I must enter dozens of markup characters, all those <table>, <tr>, </tr>, <td>…». If we only had something… Something to help us with these boring fragments and not disturb us with the rest of our work. Something like Easy HTML Construction Kit.
This program with a long name is, in fact, a bunch of small but very useful utilities, each one placed on its own tab. The first one, «HTML Template», is creator of the «stub» of a web-page (header, footer, title and so on). «Text To HTML» is for HTMLifying any plain text, capable of handling special characters and international characters (they are encoded into HTML entities), and even creating hyperlinks automatically. There are also tools for converting program source codes to HTML, custom data to lists and tables, and, finally, a live table creator. The latter has really smart and flexible capabilities, including columns and rows span, colors, sizes and so on.
