Modern Windows provides a reasonably good user environment. All in it is usable, understandable, and can be done in a few clicks — most of the time. But as your interaction with this environment gets more intense, the «most of the time», mentioned above, appears to be surely NOT ENOUGH.
There are tons of places and problems where Windows environment CAN be better — but Microsoft doesn’t have an idea or time to take care of that. We shouldn’t blame Microsoft too much, because tons of improvements can be added to your Windows with a single software suite of incredible usefulness, named 12 Ghosts.
The 12 Ghosts suite consists of literally tens of not-so-small applications, making your environment and your life more handy, secure, controlled and comfortable. There are three packages — 12G-Secure, 12G-Executive and 12G-Cruise. 12G-Secure, really, consists of almost all programs you can associate with the «personal computer security» tag: secure file deletion, internet privacy, ad protection and so on. 12G-Executive is all about simplifying complex file operations; and 12G-Cruise is named after «Cruise Control»; it helps you to watch and adjust all system parameters, replace Windows standard programs with full-featured alternatives and, finally, to know and control your environment better.
